What do you do to prepare yourself for the next day?? I 100% recommend finding a few special things that put you into a good mood heading into the next day that are non-negotiable!
These can be calming things, things that settle your mind, tasks that make you feel great about yourself and things that make you excited for the next day.
Some ideas:
- warm shower
- meditation app
- cup of herbal tea
- slow stretch
- write an email to yourself
- write down three thoughts of the day
- turn off your phone 1 hour before bed time
- read for 15 mins before bed
- drink 500ml of water
- no TV one hour before bed
- plan your goals for the next day
- listen to calming music while you get your things ready for the next day
Start with 1-3 things that you can commit to every night for the next few things, then reflect, adjust and go again!
