Bedtime Routine

I want to confront your evening routine.
What do you do to prepare yourself for the next day?? I 100% recommend finding a few special things that put you into a good mood heading into the next day that are non-negotiable!
These can be calming things, things that settle your mind, tasks that make you feel great about yourself and things that make you excited for the next day.
Some ideas:

  • warm shower
  • meditation app
  • cup of herbal tea
  • slow stretch
  • write an email to yourself
  • write down three thoughts of the day
  • turn off your phone 1 hour before bed time
  • read for 15 mins before bed
  • drink 500ml of water
  • no TV one hour before bed
  • plan your goals for the next day
  • listen to calming music while you get your things ready for the next day

Start with 1-3 things that you can commit to every night for the next few things, then reflect, adjust and go again!
