5 Health Journey Tips
It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life and prioritise everything but yourself π
If you want to genuinely live without limit, accept that the process isn’t linear, glamorous or easy. It takes consistency, lots of mistakes and learning to better ourselves π
Here are some tips for being authentic as you continue on your health journey:
1. Make time for yourself π
Schedule a health habit just like you would schedule a meeting, or take a few minutes each morning to ground yourself.
2. Listen to your intuition π€
You know the basics of the key health habits. In each moment, listen to that gut feeling and trust yourself.
3. Let go of comparison π
Everyone has a different set of tools, different experiences and different intentions.
This includes the comparisons that you make between your present and past self.
4. Have patience π
What you’re doing takes time, look forward at the person you once were and the person you want to be. Appreciate that there is distance between those two people and take action to step a little closer to that future person.
5. Celebrate yourself and your mistakesπ
Know that at every moment you are/were doing your best and a win one day, may look like a loss the next day. This road is not smooth, so give yourself the credit you deserve. If things don’t/aren’t going to plan, there’s no need to give up! Learn and take your next step forward.
